Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Jan. 4, 2017 Two large side by side condos with twin boat docks, walk, bikeride or drive to Cabana Beach Club. The beach club access comes with rental and the beach is beautiful, pool is great, drinks and food served on the beach under palm trees - paradise. The pictures of the space are a very accurate depiction of the condos, which are very light, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. We were a party of 10 and had more than enough space. We had many large outdoor family dinners - very festive space. Location is very good, you will need a car to travel to stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We rented bicycles and kayaks, went fishing, swimming, boating - had a all round great "Keys" vacation- no problems or issues at all. Rental agent was very easy and all arrangements went smoothly.
